PRICE GUARANTEE
Handcrafted, sustainably-harvested, solid hardwood furniture is not inexpensive. When we sell our pieces through galleries, they are marked up, often by as much as 250%. That is simply the cost of operating the gallery. But we know that not everyone can afford those prices. And we want everyone to be able to enjoy at least one piece of our furniture. So we have opened up our studios and this online venue to bring our pieces directly to you, at prices that are significantly less than those you will find elsewhere. When you visit our studios directly or shop online, you will obtain the same craftsmanship, the same quality, the same beauty, style and luster that you see in a gallery but often for much less. Buy it. Enjoy it. Pass it down.
Fine Print Our products have withstood the test of time. We are pleased to mention that, so far, no piece of our artisan furniture has ever been returned for any reason. However, if in the future an artisan product should fail due to legitimate flaws in workmanship or material, we will either repair it or replace it upon our discretion. This guarantee does not apply to any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration or accident. Slight changes due to humidity and minor checking on tops are considered normal and are not covered. Purchaser must provide original bill of sale and is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the product return.
Our Lyndon and LaChonta Collection pieces are made at larger workshops in Vermont and Bolivia, South America respectively. After searching the world over, we have selected these companies to partner with because they share our passion for style, quality, value, social responsibility and environmental conservation. Because of the diversity of customers and sales venues that these companies encounter, they are not able to offer lifetime guarantees.
